Chambers USA honors Keith Martin with 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award

Chambers has honored US Co-Head of Projects Keith Martin (Washington, DC) with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2023 Chambers USA Awards. These annual awards "reflect achievements over the past 12 months including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service."

Martin has maintained the sole star individual ranking in the competitive Chambers USA Nationwide Projects listing for the last 14 years, which Chambers noted as "a testament to his market-leading knowledge, expertise and quality of practice, not to mention his reputation among peers and clients as the most preeminent attorney in the field."

"I've been fortunate to work with many wonderful people not only at my firm but also at other firms, the government and the companies for whom we work," Martin said in his acceptance speech. "One learns a lot in 40 years. Lawyers are lucky to be surrounded by a lot of very smart people and there is no end to what anyone with intellectual curiosity can do."

A deal lawyer whose principal areas of practice are tax and project finance, Martin acted for 204 companies last year. He also serves as the editor of Project Finance Newswire, a Norton Rose Fulbright publication covering developments in the project finance market.

The annual Chambers USA Awards were presented on June 15 in a virtual ceremony now available on demand.
