Norton Rose Fulbright advises Mare Media on sale of social media platform business

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Mare Media, the first Multi-Channel Network (MCN) of TikTok LIVE in Italy, on the sale of its business related to the social platform ‘TikTok Live’, to Buzzoole, a company that offers innovative tools for Influencer Marketing and Content Creation. Following the acquisition, Buzzoole launched Creatoor, a new company focused on live streaming marketing, which is expected to grow significantly over the next few years.

Live stream marketing has already attracted interest Italy’s large cities, including Milan and Rome, as well as in suburbs and small towns and the first live stream studios for content creators, innovative spaces aimed at fostering creativity, have been set up in Naples.
