Calgary advises Lil E Coffee Cafe in its launch, providing meaningful employment opportunities to people with disabilities
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright worked with the founder and director of Lil E Coffee Cafe Paul Constance to help make his dream of providing meaningful employment opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities a reality. Constance’s three-year-old daughter Ella, who has Down syndrome, inspired the non-profit venture, which opened its doors in the Ampersand (formerly Sun Life Plaza) in downtown Calgary in February.
