Le 12 juin dernier, les Autorités canadiennes en valeurs mobilières ont publié un projet de remplacement du Règlement 43-101 sur l’information concernant les projets miniers ainsi que de son instruction complémentaire et de son annexe « Rapport technique » connexes, de même qu’un avis de consultation et les modifications accessoires proposées aux divers règlements et annexes (projet). La période de consultation sur le projet prendra fin le 10 octobre 2025.
