The report found that the DC consolidation continues. The total number of DC schemes with 12 or more members (non-micro schemes), including hybrid schemes, has declined by 11 per cent in the past year and by 67 per cent since the beginning of 2012. There are 36 authorised master trusts, accounting for 23.7 million DC memberships (including hybrid schemes) and over £105.3 billion in assets excluding hybrid schemes.
