Global Head of Litigation Richard Krumholz inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers

Richard S. Krumholz (Dallas), Global Head of Litigation, has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), considered one of the most selective and prestigious professional organizations in the US and Canada.

ACTL is "an invitation-only fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers," chosen through a confidential nomination and investigation process. The ACTL "selects only those lawyers who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality."

Krumholz, who sets the strategy for and coordinates activity across the firm's global litigation group of approximately 1,200 lawyers, said:

"I am honored and humbled to be inducted as a Fellow of the College. Our firm and the College share a commitment to exceptional trial advocacy practiced with the highest ethical and professional standards."

Krumholz represents clients in a broad range of cases, including complex business disputes, securities/merger litigation, multi-jurisdictional cases antitrust litigation, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, energy litigation and multidistrict litigation. He has litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings around the country and represents large, publicly traded telecommunications, energy and financial institutions clients in "bet the company" litigation. 

Krumholz joins 12 other Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers who are active Fellows.
