Scarlet McNellie recognized as a Women in Business honoree by the Dallas Business Journal

US Head of Corporate, M&A and Securities Scarlet McNellie (Dallas) has been honored as one of the Dallas Business Journal's 2023 Women in Business Award recipients.

Now in its 16^th year, the Women in Business Awards recognize leaders in North Texas influencing the business community in a variety of industries including law, education, health care, real estate and more.

McNellie represents public and private companies in the energy, insurance, technology, media, life sciences, health care, and banking sectors, in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and spin-off transactions, securities transactions including equity and debt offerings, tender offers, rights offerings and exchange offers, power and alternative energy transactions. She is active in the Dallas community and has worked on significant pro bono cases in connection with human trafficking and forced labor in Dallas.

She is also a dedicated mentor, known for her commitment to being a resource particularly for women, Asian and diverse lawyers at the firm.

McNellie and the other honorees were celebrated at the 2023 Women in Business Lunch on August 30 in Dallas and will be featured in a special publication in print and online in the Dallas Business Journal.
