Biography
Jan de Wit is a lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam. He focuses on banking transactions and corporate restructurings.
Jan primarily advises banks, other financial institutions and corporates in an array of transactions, both domestic and cross-border. These transaction include, among others, asset-based lending, asset finance, project finance and acquisition finance.
