Andrew O'Shaughnessy is an associate on the project finance team in the Washington, DC office. His practice involves representing lenders, multilateral agencies, and sponsors in domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects, with a focus on renewable energy.

During law school, he founded the Duke Law Energy Society and worked for a firm investing in distributed solar generation. Prior to law school, he held various public policy roles.
