Biography
Andrew Grossman is an experienced client-focused deal advisor. He practises corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on M&A and corporate finance, and acts as strategic counsel to corporations and various market participants on significant multiparty transactions (see “Representative experience” below). He has a reputation for leading complex mandates and for delivering practical and timely solutions. Clients also frequently seek his guidance on most major decisions affecting their business.
Andrew is rated “preeminent” by Martindale Peer Review (their highest level of professional ranking) and is active with numerous firm committees, memberships and publications, including his appointment to the Ontario Securities Commission’s Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee, acting as editor-in-chief (and co-founder) of the LexisNexis Corporate Governance Report and as author of several publications.
