Biography
Andrew Digges is a projects lawyer based in Singapore.
Andrew advises on project development and project finance in the power (including renewables), oil and gas and infrastructure sectors and has more than 20 years' experience advising on projects in Asia.
Andrew spent five years in Jakarta, advising exclusively on power, energy and infrastructure projects in Indonesia. He has particular and significant experience with project structuring, project contracts (including engineering, procurement and construction, concession, power purchase agreements, O&M, offtake and feedstock/fuel supply agreements) and experience advising on project finance documents.
