Biography
Amanda Guillen supports a broad range of public and private clients in real estate finance, leasing and development transactions across a variety of asset classes, such as commercial, retail, mixed use, solar and wind. Her experience encompasses the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of real property and operating assets. As part of her real estate practice, she supports clients in the sale and acquisition of improved and unimproved property, handling the negotiation and documentation of purchase and sale agreements, title and survey diligence as well as land and zoning issues.
Prior to law school, Amanda began her career at one of the Big Four Accounting firms and later held a leadership position at a Forbes Fortune 100 company.
