Biography
Alasdair Marshall is a dispute resolution lawyer based in London. He works on a range of commercial disputes, with a practice focused on international corporate and commercial litigation, complex civil fraud and arbitration. Alasdair has experience representing corporations, high net worth individuals and group litigants in a range of sectors, including banking and finance, energy, logistics and telecommunications.
Alasdair’s practice has seen him work recently on large international fraud cases and investigations, including with clients in Russia, the Middle East and east Asia. He also has experience of dealing with disputes under the LCIA, ICC and SIAC arbitration rules.
Before joining the firm in 2023, Alasdair practised at a leading city commercial disputes firm.
