Kevin Connolly is a dual qualified corporate lawyer based in London with extensive experience in international transactions. He focuses on cross border capital markets transactions and providing US legal advice in international securities offerings, mergers & acquisitions and other corporate finance matters. He has represented leading global investment banks and international companies on a wide range of transactions, including IPOs, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, tender offers, exchange offers and rights offerings.

Kevin joined the London practice in 2009. Prior to this, Kevin worked in the New York City and London offices of a leading New York law firm.
